Support
Common questions.
Most of what people ask about RAMA REFLECT comes down to what it stores, what it does not do, and how to change it. Those are all below.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no sign-up, no login and no profile. Open the app and start.
- Does it work offline?
- Yes, completely. The app does not declare the Android internet permission, so it cannot open a connection at all. Nothing in it needs one.
- Where is my progress kept?
- On your device. It is not sent to the publisher and is not synced anywhere, which also means it does not move to a new phone with you.
- How do I clear my progress?
- Settings → Reset progress. That clears completed reflections, saved principles, saved templates, milestones, daily history and any reflection in progress. Your appearance and accessibility settings are kept.
- I stopped halfway through a reflection. Did I lose it?
- No. An interrupted reflection resumes at the exact step you left it, and the briefing screen also offers to start it again from the beginning.
- Is there a streak I have to keep?
- No. The daily reflection is simply the one the device chose for that day. There is no streak, no reminder and no notification, and missing a day costs nothing.
- Can I make the text bigger?
- Yes. Settings → Accessibility has text size, reduced motion, haptics and sound. The app also follows your device text-size setting, and works with a screen reader.
- Is there a dark theme?
- Yes — light, dark, or match your device, under Settings → Appearance.
- Does it use AI to write the situations?
- No. Every scenario, alternative reading, next step, library note and phrase template was written in advance as text. There is no model in the app and no text is generated at runtime.
- Will it tell me what kind of communicator I am?
- No, and that is deliberate. Nothing you do is scored, analysed or turned into a profile. Milestones describe app activity only — not skill, personality or wellbeing.
- Is it available on iPhone?
- No. RAMA REFLECT is an Android app. There is no iOS or web version.
- Is it suitable for under-18s?
- It is written for adults aged 18 and over, and the situations assume adult contexts.
This is not a help service
Support here covers the app: how it behaves, what it stores, and anything that looks like a defect. It cannot offer advice about a situation you are in.
For advice about your mental or physical health, speak to a qualified healthcare professional. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis service where you live.
